Alaina attended CCTEC and swam all four years for Vineland High. She lettered all four years and was a senior captain. She also Lettered in VHS crew. She was a member of the National Honor Society. While swimming at VHS she attended the Hackney and South Jersey Coaches Invitational meets. She was a member of VHS relays that qualified for MOC’s. She qualified for CAPE Championships and was First Team CAPE All Star. She’s a member of the VHS TOP 25 in the 100, 200, and 500 freestyle events. Alaina was one of the youngest Dolphin Kickboarders, starting at age 3! That means she’s been on the Team 15 years. A special memory for was her first no breather and receiving Swedish Fish for her efforts from Coach Noel. She also enjoyed the pre-meet and post meet chants. She leaves these words of wisdom for the younger swimmers: “Hard work and dedication does not always mean winning but growing mentality and physically stronger."  Coach says that Alaina will achieve all her goals as she enters the University of South Carolina in the Fall majoring in Physical Therapy. Good luck!
